Graphite sealing rings

Graphite sealing rings are mainly used in various mechanical sealing devices of pumps and reaction vessels. The main parts are sliding end face seals, and they are classified into carbon graphite dynamic rings and carbon graphite static rings according to the usage conditions. The dynamic and static rings of the mechanical seals produced by our company are made of hard carbon-based materials and graphite-based materials with good self-lubricating performance. They fully utilize the advantages of carbon and graphite materials, such as high wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, small expansion coefficient and low friction coefficient, and are suitable for various mechanical seal devices.

Graphite sealing rings are made of flexible graphite strips or flexible graphite braided fillers and are molded into ring-shaped products of different sizes.
It is suitable for media such as hot water, high-temperature, high-pressure steam, heat exchange fluid, nitrogen, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, and cryogenic liquids.
It is used for compressors, pumps, valves, chemical instruments, meters, etc.
